Connecting a Title Company’s Workflows to SoftPro Select
Real estate title companies operate at the intersection of multiple parties — buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow offices, and legal entities. Every transaction involves a complex chain of data that must flow accurately between systems. When those systems don’t talk to each other, the cost is measured in hours of manual re-entry, inevitable errors, and delayed closings.
We built a self-hosted HTTP API service on .NET Framework 4.8 that acts as the integration backbone between the client’s internal operations and SoftPro Select — the industry’s leading title production platform. The service handles the full order lifecycle, from creation and stakeholder contact management through to reporting and diagnostics, with structured logging and global exception handling throughout.

Authentication & Authorization
Dedicated auth controller handles secure access to the SoftPro Select environment with token management, session validation, and role-based access control for different operational teams.
